Blanchfields bakery provide our freshly baked burger buns. Blackball Black Garlic provide us with their famous black garlic, which we also sell by the jar on our shelves. Our sausages and venison come from the team at Thomsons Hari Hari Butchery and our gurnard is caught in the Tasman Sea by West Fleet Seafoods. You can also purchase a range of cured meats to take home with you from Blackball Salami. We only use Waitoa free range chicken and continue to seek ingredients that are ethically and fairly produced.
